Leanne is a skilled Senior Research Executive who supports the research team through all stages of the research life cycle including project design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting. Leanne is typically a core team member managing a diverse range of projects, including large-scale quantitative studies and in-depth qualitative studies.

In combination with her academic background in psychology, Leanne is experienced, and particularly interested in, conducting social research and understanding people’s behaviours, decisions, attitudes, and experiences to inform key policy or social issues. Her previous experience includes work for government agencies and non-for-profits and she is a skilled facilitator with extensive experience conducting focus groups and online communities with many different segments of the community, as well as in-depth interview with senior executives.

Leanne has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology, a Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne, and is a full member of The Research Society.
